• Handling case# assigned from Team Leader
• Update case# status to Team Leader
• Deliver IT services such as implementation, maintenance.
• Perform post-sales activity and technical support for the customer
• Other duties required by manager.
• Report to Team Leader.

YÊU CẦU

• Giới tính, tuổi: Male prefered, from 23 to 30 years of age
• Chuyên ngành: College graduate or higher in IT fields
• Kinh nghiệm: 1-year experience in IT industry
• Kỹ năng mềm: Team spirit, able to work independently & work overtime with flexibility, hard – working, friendly and active. Good written and communication skills
• Ngoại ngữ: Written and spoken English
• Yêu cầu: Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless, and common networking protocols Knowledge of Microsoft Products Product/vendor certificates will be an advantage: CCNA, MCSA, JNCIA,…
